1. 1st Set of Documents $75.00
2. 2nd Set of Documents $45.00
3. Emailed Loan Documents $95.00
4. Cancellation (2 hours or less) $40.00
5. Late Fee (not paid within 30 days of closing) $10.00
6. Outside Hillsborough County, add $20.00
